RETURN RULES & REGULATIONS (REAL):
- Return window: Items can be returned within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
- Tags & packaging: Original tags attached and original packaging included (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase: A valid order number / receipt is required.
- The item must not have been washed in milk.
- Damage/defects: If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48–72 hours with photos (of the product, not your animals) so we can fix it.
- Incomplete returns: Items returned used, without tags, or with stains/odors may be refused or sent back.
